Let it be known that I will *always* ask permission before bringing Hammer into a scene. He's nigh invincible, and I have no desire to be all god-modey and annoying in that respect.
Backtagging: Yes!
Threadhopping: Absolutely (if the other person is okay with it).
Fourthwalling: Please no. D:
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Hammer in and of himself can be unwittingly offensive (and may refer to weaker men as being fruity or worse). If there are any words you don't want him to say, you can let me know and I won't take offense. He's here so you can have fun interacting with him, not to make people uncomfortable.

Please let me know what permissions I have in reverse as well as far as flirting and fighting and such goes!
Hugging this character: Yes, he's very huggable. (He might wash his hands later, but.)
Kissing this character: If you're a woman, he welcomes it.
Flirting with this character: See the above. Note that Hammer won't start flirting heavily unless he receives some sort of signal or encouragement. He only goes where he knows he's wanted.
Fighting with this character: yes yes yes yes yes yes
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): No on this one. Injuring Hammer pretty much wrecks his character, so I want to hold off on this for now. This will change in the future, but for the time being, he needs to not know what pain is.
Killing this character: As long as it happens too fast for him to feel pain or realize what happened, it might be okay. He might disbelieve it. Plot with me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure!
Warnings: Captain Hammer may be kind of a dick, and a bully towards bad guys. But he's definitely a HERO and basically tries to do good, even if he's cheesy and posturing about it. I've had problems with people being way too snarky with him in the past when he really hadn't done anything to deserve it. So while some negative CR is okay, it should at least be justified ICly. He's impossible to play if he doesn't have enough positive CR to keep him going.
